Do I need an account to place an order?

No, however we do recommend you sign in
with an email address and password,  make sure
sign in with the same one each time.
By doing this you can claim Loyalty points
every time you order.

How long will order take to arrive? 

 The majority of our items take will be delivered in 10 working days in the UK.
Please allow up to 14 working days.
 A few items can take 3 weeks,
although that will be stated on the listings.
EU delivery can take up to 20 days.

How do you send my parcel?

UK -For lighter/ smaller items it will be sent
royal mail 2nd class signed for.
Larger/ heavier items will be sent via UPS, standard.
Upon delivery a signature should be obtained.
If you miss you delivery, UPS will drop it a local
UPS access point, for you to pick up at your convenience.
All you'll need is a form of Photo ID to collect.

EU delivery will take longer, it can take up to 20 days for standard items. Heavier items and certain bespoke items,
including the Bathing Bridge, custom made Oak chopping boards can take up to 14 days from payment received.

What are loyalty points ,
what are they worth?

Your loyalty points are worth 5p per whole £1 spent.
 So if you were to buy an oak party platter for £59.99,
you will get £2.95 credited to your account once your order has been dispatched by us .
You can spend on your next order or save them for a later date.
You need to use the same email address
each time you log in and order.
Points can not be transferred between accounts.
Points are valid for 18 months.

After care &
Looking after my items

As with any wooden items, do not submerge in water to clean,wipe with a damp cloth.
Personalised Oak chopping boards -
we recommend treating your boards with a food safe oil every so often to replenish its shine,
& keep it food safe.
As an after care treatment, we use a pure fine mineral oil by Brandon Bespoke, which can be found online.
We also stock 100 ml bottles on our website.


What if something is wrong with my order, Can I return?

If your items is damaged, faulty* on delivery
please feel free to contact us via email or phone 0333 050 2517,
 we can arrange collection or replacement free of charge.
As with any made to order item, please ensure details and
spellings are correct at time of payment.
Once orders are processed we can not change details.
If we send your order with a spelling error that was our fault,
we will send a replacement item free of charge ASAP

A spelling error on your part we can not send a free replacement,
so please make sure your order details are correct before sending payment.

* Knots in wood are not classed as a fault.
Colour variations can happen in Oak as it is a natural product.

Deliver to your shipping address or local UPS access point
We are now giving you the option to choose where to have your order delivered. 
You can choose your home / shipping address or  have it delivered to your 
local UPS access point. 
This means if your at work, have errands to run, or can't wait in all day,
your items can be delivered to your local UPS access point, 
and you can collect at a time that suits you.
Simply add your home address to the shipping details, we will then find your
local access point and email you the address to collect from. 
You only need to take a form of photo ID with you. 
We will email you once it has been delivered to the shop.
